The challenge
The customer has been processing large quantities of LDPE powder, but was not satisfied with the quality of a competitor's powder and with the level of customer service.
The path to our solution
We offered to supply the customer with a test quantity of our abifor 1070, 100-500my. The customer accepted the offer and was enthusiastic about the quality. The machine operator in charge at the customer's plant particularly praised the flowability, something we at Abifor pay special attention to.
The solution
We subsequently won over the customer with our excellent customer service and short delivery times. We also customised the packaging and transport logistics to meet this customer's specific requirements.
